"Well I can write a mini book after going back and forth with the rep telling that the dry therapy shampoo is the same as the shampoo and detangler which made absolutely no sense to me. So unfortunately for me I can’t rate this because I received the wrong one as a first time customer you want to be assured their regular customers, but dealing with that rep Carmen Chung didn’t help matters all she said she is sorry and the that what I received is the same that the labels are in the process of being changed. Horrible customer service nothing resolved not even to say I will ship you the correct one and for any inconvenience you can keep what we sent you in error period! I didn’t open the one that was sent I was left more annoyed after going back and forth in emails with the customer service department."
