We hope you love everything you order from Urban Hydration. If something isn't right, our Customer Love Team is here to help.

Changed Your Mind?

Unopened, unused products purchased directly from UrbanHydration.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original form of payment.

Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept physical returns of opened or used personal care products.

Tried It and It Didn't Work for You?

Skincare is personal, and we understand that not every product works for every person.

If you've tried an Urban Hydration product and are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Love Team within 30 days of delivery.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund, replacement or store credit without requiring you to return the used product.

We may request your order number, photos or additional information so we can better understand what happened and continue improving our products.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Order?

We'll make it right.

If your UrbanHydration.com order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging when possible.

Once reviewed, we may provide a replacement, refund or store credit.

Please do not mail damaged, defective, opened or used products back to us unless our Customer Love Team specifically asks you to do so.

Purchased Somewhere Else?

Products purchased from Amazon, TikTok Shop, Target, Ulta Beauty or another authorized retailer should generally be handled through the retailer where the purchase was made and are subject to that retailer's return and refund policies.

If you're experiencing a product quality issue, however, we'd still like to hear from you. Contact our Customer Love Team so we can learn more.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase when the cancellation option is available in your order confirmation.

Because we work quickly to process and ship orders, we cannot guarantee cancellations once fulfillment has begun.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

After we process your refund, your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the credit to appear on your account.
