5 Ways to Reuse Your Urban Hydration Packaging

5 Ways to Reuse Your Urban Hydration Packaging

More than 120 billion pieces of packaging is produced every year by cosmetics companies, according to recent research by Zero Waste Week. All Urban Hydration packaging is recyclable, but you can also help the environment by reusing the packaging from your Urban Hydration products and other cosmetics. Here are 5 ways to reuse your containers:

Use Jars for Storage

You can reuse your Urban Hydration sugar scrub and body cream containers as storage containers for bobby pins, paper clips, hairbows, rubber bands and more. Clean the inside of the container thoroughly and then allow it to dry.

Reuse Shower Gel Bottles as Pencil or Paintbrush  Holders.

You can cut the top off of your Urban Hydration shower gel bottles and use them to hold your pens, pencils, or paintbrushes, creating a cute addition to your office or living area.

Reuse Shampoo & Conditioner Bottles as Hanging Storage

There are several ideas on Pinterest for creating hanging storage by cutting shampoo & conditioner bottles in half and then cutting a circular hole in the back to create hanging storage.

Use Pump Bottles for making your own Salad Dressing or Concoctions

You can reuse the pump bottles, after cleaning them thoroughly, to create your own salad dressings and concoctions for cooking and other uses.

Use Face Oil and Hair Oil bottles with your Reed Diffusers

Urban Hydration face oil and hair oil bottles are perfect for holding your reed diffusers. The attractive design of the bottles, along with some crafts or decorations could be a nice addition to any room in your home.

Have Fun! And let us know in the comments if you try any of these ideas.
